Seoul, which has a dense population is always changing. In particular, Seoul has long been concerned about the streets and buildings in order to advance into an international city. So, in order to raise the public life and quality of life in public places, The government bought expensive international art works and set up public art projects. However, the result of these was that it was difficult to maintain continuity and authenticity every time the government changed, and as a result, Seoul became a warehouse where art works were neglected or kept. If you walk around Seoul City Hall, you can see works of art every 5 minutes. In some cases, the distance between one work and another work is less than 1m.

I thought about taking care of things or having them removed that are concentrated in Seoul through the "Seoul Environment Beautification Project" online exhibition. So I did a video performance of cleaning the artwork dressed up in a street cleaner garment.
